Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days for standard domestic shipping after your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
International Shipping: We may offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination and can take longer than domestic orders. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charge.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time, please reach out to us.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages: If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. ZeroHangover is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
